Appointments
Important Information

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, due to COVID-19 we appointment only to limit the number of people in the studio. This includes check-ups, downsizes and jewellery purchases.

What should I bring with me?

You will need valid photo ID to be pierced. This is a legal requirement and I cannot make any exceptions even if you look over 18. If you’re not sure you have valid ID ask when booking the appointment.

Due to COVID-19 only the one person being pierced will be permitted in to the studio, and will be required to wear a face covering during the appointment.

Are there age restrictions on piercing?

Yes, in most cases you must be at least 18 to be pierced.
If you are 16 or 17 I am able to perform general ear, nose and lip piercings with parental consent (you must be accompanied by a parent to the appointment).

Valid photo ID is required to be pierced (even if you look over 18). If you are under 18 and being accompanied by a parent, both you and parent will need photo ID.

Can I bring my own jewellery?

To ensure the highest standard of hygiene and quality of the piercing I only use jewellery purchased in store at the time of your piercing.

What jewellery do you use?

We only stock internally threaded or threadless jewellery. We pierce with implant grade titanium (ASTM F136 6AI-4V ELI), solid 18kt gold or 14kt gold, as these materials are best suited for long-term wear in our bodies for fresh and healed piercings.

We have a vast range of jewellery in a variety of different styles and sizes. Our implant grade titanium range is sourced from Anatometal, Neometal and Industrial Strength, we also use a Classic certified Titanium made in U.K

We also have a large selection of gold jewellery from Anatometal, Auris, Junipurr and Danila Tarcinale.

We are are extremely selective not only with the materials we use but the surface finish and overall craftsmanship of the jewellery too. Whether you opt for a simple titanium item or a solid gold item the overall standard of product we supply does not change.

What if I’m not happy with the jewellery or piercing?

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any jewellery items.

However my jewellery is covered by a lifetime manufacturers warranty*. If there is a problem contact me and I will help you arrange a replacement, this can sometimes take up to 16 weeks.

All piercings are done in line with your anatomy and will be marked where possible.

If you believe your piercing was performed incorrectly, you are in accordance with your consumer rights, able to notify the studio in writing within 30 days and we will go through all your options.
